Pricing/delivery
If the cost of shipping a particular item or items substantially exceeds our agreed rates, we will email you with the adjusted delivery charge. At this time you can cancel the order if you so wish.
If any ordered item or items exceeds the maximum airmail weight or size limit, we will advise you of the relevant delivery charge, at which time you may cancel the order if you wish.
Alternatively, please email us for a specific quote.
All products offered for sale are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
The Prices quoted are those in force at the time of order. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may vary.
If the correct price is lower than that advertised we will charge you the lower amount and send you the goods. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch. You may cancel the order at this time.
Prices displayed on the website may differ to prices displayed at our retail outlet.
Availability
We try to hold stocks of all listed products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, in which case we will inform you.
All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. We cannot be held responsible for supplier out-of-stock situations. Occasionally equivalent replacement items may be offered, but you will be notified should this be the case.
Payment
We only accept online payments via PayPal which enables us to accept credit and debit cards, and PayPal accounts. All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling.
DO NOT email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Returns
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us via phone or email within 3 working days from receipt of the goods and return them to us unsoiled, unused, uncustomised and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.
No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement, and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of shipping, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we will not be able to offer compensation.
Customs
Goods ordered for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to minor changes as necessary. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using House and Home, you are expressing your agreement to be bound by these terms.
